**Sandblasted Sparkling Wine Glasses for Special Occasions**

Sparkling wine glasses are one of our most popular sandblasted items, often chosen for weddings, anniversaries, matric balls and birthdays. Their curved shape can make custom decoration challenging, especially with newer methods that are difficult to apply evenly to curved surfaces.

Sandblasting lets us work carefully with the shape of each glass to create a distinctive, tactile finish for your celebration. Contact us to discuss your design and order.

Each item is carefully stencilled and prepared before it goes into the sandblasting tank. This is the most labour-intensive and time-consuming part of the process. If the stencil isn’t fitted correctly, the finished design may be flawed.

Decorative Sandblasting

Decorative Sandblasting

Add a distinctive finish to a variety of materials and products with decorative sandblasting. Custom designs, patterns, lettering and textures can transform plain surfaces into personalised pieces for your home, business or special project. Whether you’re updating an existing item or creating something unique, decorative sandblasting offers a versatile way to make your design stand out.

Decorative Sandblasting with Texture and Character

With so many newer techniques available, why choose sandblasting? Because the finish has a distinctive feel and texture that other methods may not create. Decorative sandblasting gives a design depth you can see and feel, adding character to each piece.

The process also lets us work across curved surfaces, around corners and over contours, bringing designs to areas that can be difficult to reach with other methods. For custom decorative finishes with a tactile quality and individual character, sandblasting remains a craft worth choosing.

How the Decorative Sandblasting Process Works

To get started, we’ll need the design and the item or items you’d like sandblasted. We’ll digitise your design and use it to create a stencil for each item.

Preparing the items takes time and careful attention—often longer than the sandblasting itself. We fit a stencil to each item, remove the areas that need to be exposed, and mask the rest so the sandblasting reaches only the selected parts.

Each item is then sandblasted individually in a specialised sandblasting tank. Once complete, we clean and pack the items, ready for collection.
